Not just Groundhog's Day, folks

Today is a special day. Not only is it Groundhog's Day, it is also Eric's birthday. YEAH!! He turned 29! No, wait. He turned 34. He ages every year after 30. I do not. I am 29 and will always be 29, ya hear?!

Because I live in a house where our furry little annoyance will steal any type of food if it is left unattended for even the most brief of moments, I am going to show the cake Avery and I made today for him.

The writing is in pink, per Miss Avery, of course. Avery practically made the cake herself, just short of using the hand mixer and putting it in the oven. She decided where all the "golf balls" were placed too. She is so proud of this cake. She is most excited to put candles in it and sing to daddy. Well, probably not as excited as she is to eat it!
